Line for Production of the Negative Electrode Structure
for a Meteorological Battery System
This line consists of the two entireties and is illustrated in the next picture.
1.) Machine for production of an electrode structure
2.) Machine for cutting of an electrode to a certain (given) length.
This line works in a synchronized manner and is supervised from one spot. This system has replaced fifteen workers and has been successfully functioning for five years.
This machine has a task to continually produce an electrode-band composed of five elements. It consist of following substructures:
- Supply - unit of a metal electrode
- Dosage unit of a dissolving component
- Bearer of reel for a graphite - band
- Bearer of coils for paper - bands
- Device for attaching of graphite and metal bands
- Device for attaching of the self-pasting band along the edges of an electrode
- Central operational device
2.) Machine for Cutting of an Electrode to a Certain (given) Length
This machine has a task to cut pieces of an electrode from a continual band, starting from 0 to 100 mm and with maximal power of 10 t. This is a universal automatic device for band cutting.
